Our drivers will arrive at the scheduled pick-up location at least 10 minutes prior to scheduled reservation time. You will have 20 minutes from the booking time to be outside the lobby / meeting point before the driver will leave and you won’t be eligible for a refund.
To make a modification to any booked service, you will have to communicate with our company at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate requests less than 24 hours, but cannot guarantee it will be honored.
Full refund provided if reservation is canceled more than 48 hours in advance. 50% refund provided with 24 hours notice. Cancellation less than 24 hours will not be refunded. Any changes to your arrival time, including missed connections must notify Airport Transfer Management or a new reservation will be required, and no refund will be provided.
Valid ID & confirmation must be provided upon pick-up. All passengers must arrive on the same flight to be on the reservation. Driver will wait up to 2 hours after the plane has landed. Pick-up from Hotel / Airbnb to the airport will be 3 hours before flight departure. Any request to deviate from this must be requested & approved via info@rideatm.com. Please be out front at least 10 minutes before pick-up time. Driver will wait 20 minutes past pickup time, after 20 minutes it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.
Our team will always be waiting for you with a sign or a tablet with the company logo and your name. Refrain from accepting services that are not identified as ATM / Airport Transfer Management
